He then served as the Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Agrarian Development in Jaffna from December 2013 to September 2020. Following this, he was promoted to Deputy Commissioner in the same department, a position he held from September 2020 to June 2023. From June 2023 to December 2024, he served as the Director of the Partnership Secretariat for World Food Programme Cooperation. Since January 2025, he has been serving as the Divisional Secretary of Oddusuddan. |

Mrs.P.Thineskumar is currently serving as the Assistant Divisional Secretary at the Oddusuddan Divisional Secretariat since January 2026. Prior to this appointment, she completed her training as a Sri Lankan Administrative Service (SLAS) Cadet at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration during 2025. She previously served as a Development Officer at the Vidatha Resource Centre from April 2022 to June 2025, contributing to technology transfer, entrepreneurship development, and community development programmes. Earlier, she worked as a Nutrition Officer with Save the Children Sri Lanka in Nuwara Eliya, implementing nutrition-related interventions and community awareness programmes |

Mr. A.M.M. Azam is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Planning at the Divisional Secretariat Oddusuddan, while simultaneously holding the position of Acting Assistant Director of Planning at the District Secretariat Mullaitivu.
Previously, he served as the Assistant Director of Planning at the Manthai East Divisional Secretariat from 10 August 2025 to 07 April 2026. Through these roles, he has been actively involved in development planning, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and the implementation of government development programmes at both divisional and district levels.

From 2018 to 2024, she continued her role as a Financial Assistant at the District Secretariat Mullaitivu. Since 2024, she has been serving as the Administrative Officer at the Divisional Secretariat Oddusuddan. |
